Following the instructions below should help you overcome your challenge.

How to Make Earnware a Trusted Site - Internet Explorer 6 or 7

You can be on your website and your Business Center while you do this.

At the top of your Internet Explorer, between Help and Favorites, you will see Tools.

• Click on Tools.
• Click on Internet Options. 
• Click on the Security tab.
• Click on the green circle that has a white check mark inside it, called Trusted Sites.
• Once you do that, there will be a button just below it to the right called Sites, click on that button.

• This will open a window for you to add websites to. Type the following text:
• https://www.secure-session.com.

• Click the Add button. You should now see it listed in the box below.
• Then add another website to the list: type in http://www.secure-session.com and click the Add button. NOTE: This text is NOT the same as the entry above; note the 'http' vs 'https.'
• Make sure the box entitled Require Server Verification (https:) For All Sites in This Zone is NOT checked. Within this Trusted Sites window click on the Close or OK button at the bottom right.
• Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options screen.
