You can update your login username in your Business Center.

Please keep in mind that Usernames are not case sensitive. So if you are trying to change johnsmith to JohnSmith the system will tell you the user name is already being used. If you run into this situation you will need to change johnsmith to johnsmithxoxox and save that then change it back to JohnSmith.

Change Your Log-In Username:

• Click on Settings in the top right corner of your Business Center.
• Under the My Business Center heading, click on the Log-in Username link.
• Your current log-in username will be displayed.
• Just replace it with the username you want and click Update. The system will let you know if the current username is taken or not.
