Changing Your Email Username Changing Your Email Username

 

You can update your e-mail addresses in your Business Center.

Please keep in mind that Usernames are not case sensitive. So if you are trying to change johnsmith to JohnSmith the system will tell you the user name is already being used. If you run into this situation you will need to change johnsmith to johnsmithxoxox and save that then change it back to JohnSmith.

Change Your E-Mail Username:

  • On the left side of the Settings screen, click on the arrow next to the e-mail address you want to change.
  • Select the Username icon.
  • The New E-mail Username: field will show your current e-mail username. You can replace the old e-mail username with the new address.
  • Click Update. Please note you will have to change the username for each of your e-mail addresses.
