You can update your website address in your Business Center.

Please keep in mind that Usernames are not case sensitive. So if you are trying to change johnsmith to JohnSmith the system will tell you the user name is already being used. If you run into this situation you will need to change johnsmith to johnsmithxoxox and save that then change it back to JohnSmith.

Change Your Web Username:

• In your main Business Center, click on the Web tab.
• Under your website, there should be an icon that says Username, click on it.
• Your current website username will display in the field. Replace it with the username you want.
• Just above the Username field, click on the Save Username button
