Our system does not block friendly email and SPAM like certain Internet providers do, such as Earthlink. The reason for this is due to the tremendous amount of businesses and first time contacts that email our subscribers. If we had a system such as Earthlink's many important email messages would be blocked and/or returned to the sender, undelivered. We subscribe to the latest anti-SPAM systems but some SPAM gets through because SPAMMERS change their methods daily. We receive over 100% more SPAM than we did at this time last year. The best recourse for you is to report the SPAM to www.spamcop.com.

You may also create Inbox rules based on the From address or the Subject line of the SPAM so that it is automatically deleted from your system. Keep in mind, the SPAMMERS constantly change this information so that the SPAM gets through. You may also get more SPAM at this address because your email address is listed on several websites and is sent out in numerous email messages. SPAMMERS troll the web for email addresses listed on websites and then create lists with those addresses. We all receive SPAM and then delete it, just as we would throw out junk mail that is delivered to our mail box at home by a postal worker.
