The $40 charge is for additional minutes for your toll free number. You can monitor your toll free number minutes by checking the Reports tab in your Business Center. Just run the Usage Balance Report. When the dollar amount on the bottom of the report drops below $2, the system will initiate the $40 recharge rate and the additional minutes will be automatically added into your pool.
