You can set your toll free number to block any phone number, any area code, or all calls entirely. Just follow these easy instructions:

• In the upper right-hand corner of your Business Center, click on Settings.
• Under the Phone & Fax heading, click on Call Blocking Policies.
• An * is used as a "wildcard". That means that it can be any number.
  • If you just click Deny without adding any number to (***) ***-***, then that will block ALL calls to your toll free number.
  • If you type in a specific number like 213-555-1212, and click Deny, it will block ONLY that phone number from calling your toll free number.
  • If you only replace the area code (714) ***-****, and click Deny, it will block ALL calls from THAT area code ONLY.
