We are dedicated to helping you succeed with your business, by providing a powerful Business Center to assist you. Most of the challenges you encounter in your Business Center can be solved by downloading an update then following a few steps listed below.

1. Java Download

Please go to: http://java.com/en/

On the left hand side you will see JAVA SOFTWARE FREE DOWNLOAD...DOWNLOAD NOW. Click on manual download. On the next page, you will go to the section named " Windows (Online Installation) " and select the link that says " Download " Choose Open or Run.

Depending on your connection speed this could take several minutes.

You will want to do a typical install (Run or Open) to do so just follow its prompts.

**This Download will update your system to ensure you are able to view your business center properly**

 

After you download Java, you will then want to delete cookies and temporary internet files for IE7. To do this, follow the steps below:

 

Make sure you are not on your website and your business center is not open.

 

At the Top of your Internet Explorer, next to Help and Favorites, you will see TOOLS

A. Click on "Tools"

B. Select "Internet Options," a new window will open

In the middle of the new window you will see “Browsing history as a heading

Underneath it you will see 2 Buttons; Delete... and Settings

Click on the Delete ... button , click on the following buttons (one at a time) "Delete files", "Delete cookies" and "Delete history", once each section has been deleted click on "Close"

These steps can normally take a few seconds to a minute, so please be patient

Lastly, click the Settings Button

It reads: check for newer versions of stored pages... and you want to make sure "Every time I visit the webpage" is marked. If it is not marked, mark it at this time and click "OK".

You will now be back to where we started, you can click the "OK" button at the bottom of this page.

You are now finished. Close all windows and restart Internet Explorer.
