There are two ways to deal with most pop-up blockers, either tell them to allow pop-ups on a particular website, or disable them entirely.

To Allow Pop-Ups in your Busness Center:

The item circled in orange is the Pop-Up blocker that is enabled by default whenever you install the Yahoo.com Toolbar.

To allow Pop-Ups with the you must press the button that says blocked it will then appear like this:

To Disable Toolbars:

If you have Internet Explorer 6 or any other browser, you can go to your View menu, Toolbars, and uncheck any toolbars you have.

If you have Internet Explorer 7, you can go to your Tools button, Toolbars, and uncheck any toolbars you have.

Finally, go into Tools, and Internet Options. Click on the Advanced tab and look for Enable 3rd Party Browser Extentions, and uncheck it. Click Apply, and OK.
