If clicking on Submit when trying to log in doesn't give an error message, try adding us as a Trusted Site

The settings in this article will not take effect until Internet Explorer is closed. Once you have completed the steps below, close Internet Explorer.

How to Make Earnware a Trusted Site - Internet Explorer 6 or 7

At the top of your Internet Explorer, between Help and Favorites, you will see Tools.

• Click on Tools.
• Click on Internet Options.
• Click on the Security tab.
• Click on the green circle that has a white check mark inside it, called Trusted Sites.
• Once you do that, there will be a button just below it to the right called Sites, click it.

• This will open a window for you to add websites to. Type the following website addresses followed by the Add button:

  www.secure-session.com

• Make sure the box entitled Require Server Verification (https:) For All Sites in This Zone is NOT checked.
• Within the Trusted Sites window click on the Close or OK button at the bottom right.

• Click the OK button at the bottom of the Internet Options screen.
