Follow Me is a way for your toll free number to forward a call to whatever phone number you specify. You may add as many phone numbers as you like. Follow Me will call them all, until you answer one. If you do not answer any of them, the caller will be sent to voicemail. All voicemails will save to your Inbox, which you can listen to over your computer.

*Listening to voicemails in your inbox will not use minutes from your toll free pool.

Follow Me is a great option to use if you will be near your computer often. If you will be away from your computer, such as on a trip, the Transfer option may be better for you.

Setting Follow Me:

In your Business Center:

• Click on Settings in the upper right hand corner.
• Click on the next to your toll free number.
• Click on the Follow Me icon.
• Click on the drop-down menu next to Touch tone: and select the extension you want the caller to dial to talk to you.
• Click Add
• Enter your 10 digit phone number in the box, starting with your area code.
• Click Add
  

*For Follow me to function to work properly, you must record your own customized greeting in which you instruct the caller to press the extension you have set Follow Me on to try and reach you directly. Otherwise, the caller will not know how to reach you.
